How is the payout price determined?

The payout is based on 3 factors:

1. The Karat. 14 karat gold contains only approximately 58% pure gold, 10K approximately 40%, 18K 75%.

2. The weight in dwt. There are 20 pennyweights (dwt) per ounce.

3. A percentage of the spot price of gold as of the close of that day (of the party).

We also purchase silver marked 925 or sterling, including flatware, tea sets, etc. and gold coins (any country or denomination) and silver U.S. coins prior to 1964.

What if I’m not sure if some of my jewelry is real gold or not?

Bring it all! You never know unless an experienced gold buyer tests it.
